Terms and Conditions

  1. Please retain your cash memo for reference
  2. Exchange of any purchased items will be entertained subject to the following conditions:
    1. The purchased item/garment will be exchanged only within 7 days of the bill date.
    2. The proof of purchase (Cash Memo) has to be presented without which no exchange will be made 
    3. The merchandise should be undamaged and intact & not used.
  3. Please read the wash care instructions on the garments & follow the same. We will not be responsible for non-compliance with wash care instructions.
  4. Any custom-altered garment once sold will not be exchanged.
  5. Items like cosmetics, jewellery, sunglasses, watches, lingerie, and undergarments will not be exchanged once purchased due to hygiene reasons.
  6. Terms/conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  7. All disputes are subject to Bhopal jurisdiction.
